Internship Health Technology Assessment (HTA)

32-40 hours

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to support the development of a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) framework for the reimbursement of our novel medical device. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the reimbursement landscape for innovative healthcare technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive HTA framework tailored to assess the value and reimbursement potential of the medical device.
  • Conduct research to identify similarities and differences in reimbursement criteria and HTA processes across various target countries.
  • Analyze country-specific frameworks to evaluate if a unified or adaptable HTA approach is feasible.
  • Propose a strategic framework that could be applicable and accepted in multiple countries to streamline reimbursement submissions.
  • Devise a framework for the evidence required to fulfill the unified or adaptable HTA

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in medical device technology, healthcare reimbursement, market access, and health policy.
  • Great communication and analytical skills, empathy, problem solving, curiosity and good collaboration.
  • Approachable and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and conducting interviews with customers.
  • Motivated to drive your own initiatives but humble enough to reach out when in need of guidance.
